Reviewers: occasionally we offer a discount in return for a review. Please use the form below to get in touch.
Customer Discounts: Follow our Instagram page to see when we post our latest discount.

All deliveries should arrive within 2-4 working days.
All items include tracking details apart from single reed diffuser refills.
You will be notified once your order has been dispatched so please check you junk email folder or order status before contacting us.

We currently delivery all items free of charge to customers within the UK.
Royal Mail tracked 24 is available at an additional cost.

If you have placed a large order then some of the items could have been shipped separately. Please check all tracking reference in your inbox, your order status within the account section and your junk email folder before contacting us.

Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on products customised with the name engraving option. Please do get in touch and we will try our best to find a solution.
Any other products can be returned in their original, unopened condition.
